CIIC- Technology Transfer is in responsibility of handling the intellectual property of BSARCIST and promoting transfer and commercialization of BSARCIST’s patented technologies. Research and development in post COVID scenario has a strategic importance and has become an interest to business professionals and industrialists.

  • BSARCIST owns the IP arising from the institute. Revenue arising out the Technology licence and transfer will be shared between inventor and Institute (for further details refer CIPR policy)
Disclose an Invention
  • BSARCIST owns the IP arising from the institute. Revenue arising out the Technology licence and transfer will be CTT encourages BSARCIST faculty, students, and research scholars to disclose their inventions at the early stage so that CTT can support in patent-to-commercialization
Material Transfer and Confidentiality Agreements
  • CTT will support with the legal formalities in
    • Material Transfer Agreements (MTA) which includes the protection of the IP rights by the execution of MTA
    • Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) which includes the protection of the IP from further disclosures during the mutual exchange of information between two entities
