Farmagain Agro Pvt Ltd (A startup incubated in CIIC) setup it’s GroTron TM which is an automated irrigation and fertigation system employing different sensors through an IoT setup
2. Wisdom Water Management System Aqua Setup at CIIC
- WeGOT Utility Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (A startup incubated in CIIC) installed a pilot unit of their “Wisdom Water Management System” in the Centre for Research in Precision Agriculture and Rural Technologies at CIIC.
- This product detects leakage and blockage in automated micro-irrigation systems through sensors by monitoring changes along a drip setup
3. Biogas Generation Facility Setup at CIIC
- M/s. Kankyo Clean tech Pvt. Ltd., a growth stage CIIC startup has installed state-of-the-art facility in bio waste management within Crescent University campus
- 500kg biogas plant supported by DBT funding and CLRI
- A co-digestor is erected for vegetables wastes and food wastes
- Crescent University is aiming to achieve the goal of UN-SDG
4. Automated Mushroom Cultivation at CIIC
Impensus Electronics Pvt Ltd (A startup incubated in CIIC) installed a pilot unit of “Controlled Environment Mushroom Cultivation” in CIIC integrating different sensors, humidifiers, ventilation dampers , refrigeration systems to provide an automated mushroom cultivation system.
